I made the mistake of going back to twitter out of curiosity and have come to the conclusion that most people, regardless of political affiliation, deserve fucking nothing. You deserve only to be put through the awful shit you wish on your fellow countrymen, and even that is too generous because the consequences acknowledge that you exist. I understand why people checkout of American politics. A lot of you suck. Your inability to get others to go out and vote is because you suck. Self-reflection and compassion isn't in the vocabulary, but virtue signaling, manipulation, whining, self victimization, and unearned superiority sure as hell are.

Politics brained people are the most insufferable, whiny motherfuckers on the planet. Everyone who thinks slightly differently from them is evil and only they can possibly know what's truly good for mankind, regardless of whichever side of the fence they're preaching from.
I got called a nazi by cunts who ignore actual, honest to god fascists and a "bad person" by turds who argue about how great life was under communism with people who lived under dictators. The two non extremes are bickering background noise and the fence sitters think they're above everyone. It's not all, but it's definitely a good amount.

I never used Twitter and every time I see what's posted there, I know that my decision was well justified.
Twitter is full of idiots that care way too much about politics ("right good, left evil" "left good, right evil" "center better, both of you are evil" SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!), I personally regret having joined it now
And that kind of person isn't only on Twitter so I need to be careful
